By accessing ZoVote or participating in any active public poll, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and follow fair balloting standards.

2. Prohibited Conduct

To preserve democratic integrity, users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, or spiders to manipulate poll outcomes.
• Artificially attempting to circumvent voting restrictions or manipulate vote tallies via botnets or proxies.
• Attempting to attack, overwhelm, or reverse-engineer the underlying voting engine or database.

3. Poll Content & Moderation

Platform administrators reserve the authority to publish, edit, schedule, close, or archive polls. Polls deemed misleading, spammy, or violating legal regulations may be moderated or taken down.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZoVote presents aggregated sentiment on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of completeness. Poll results reflect the voluntary submissions of participants and do not constitute official statistical census data.
